is full of things that bring people down. Sally will
give participants some ideas that can be "Lifesavers" in
their lives including laughter. She will also take
a
quick glance at how humor and laughter are important to our health. Sally will have participants smiling, laughing and
thinking about how to add more laughter to their lives
through MUSIC, ventriloquism and PARTICIPATION
ACTIVITIES. In addition, she is a Certified Laughter
Leader and will lead participants through several
laughter exercises.

immediately! Sally will discuss the importance of
living an active, healthy lifestyle in a fun and
